Who We Are
Tony Hotko
partner
Tony’s been building doors for a while. He’s held pivotal roles with several technology and consultation firms, including two he launched, himself. Today, Tony focuses on business development and recruiting. A significant part of his job is making sure the CCS ranks are filled with top talent.
A Chicago native, Tony is the proud father of twins. He enjoys action movies, comedies, and K-LOVE.

Joe Reiplinger

Joe fell in love with CCS not long after joining the company in 1998. He liked it so much that he became a partner and president in 1999. Over the next 14 years as president, Joe tackled many new challenges and went on to become the sole owner of CCS in 2013. A visionary leader, Joe is passionate about finding creative ways to put technology to work for the benefit of his clients.
Originally from Minnesota, Joe enjoys boating, fishing, hunting and gardening. He also serves as the financial officer for the Lakes Region Squadron 703 of the Sons of the American Legion.
